01 — The brief

Harley Cosmetic Academy offers education, business expertise and a support community of women in the industry, helping the next generation succeed in one of the world’s fastest-growing industries. Competitors looked corporate and interchangeable; the academy wanted to feel personal, feminine and premium.

02 — Challenges & solutions

What stood in the way — and how I solved it

01Corporate competitors

Editorial typography, a warm olive and sand palette, and real faces instead of stock.

02Courses and products together

One catalogue for courses and kits, course pages with the curriculum, and “frequently bought together”.

03Buying on the go

A short cart and checkout designed mobile-first.
